Realty Theme Not Working!

Deactivated all plugins & reactivated one-by-one. Can’t reactivate Realty plugins and now site doesn’t work – all property pages say “fatal error” and I can’t add any new properties.

I didn’t have time to work on the site a lot after purchasing it as we entered the real estate “busy season”. During the last few months we have started working on the site more. We had problems with the IDX (Optima Express – iHomefinder). They (iHomefinder) told us to deactivate all of our plugins and then reactivate one-by-one to see which one was causing the problems. Now the site doesn’t work because I can’t reactivate the following plugins: WpBakery Visual Composer & Advanced Custom Fields PRO. There isn’t even an “Activate” link. VERY FRUSTRATING to not even be able to update these plugins because they didn’t come with a license – now I have NO access. The front page quit working also as it was built with Visual Composer; so, I put up a temporary front page. NONE of the property pages work – “fatal error” on all of them. When editing a property all bottom fields are missing.

Since there isn’t a place to attach a PDF on the Envato website (in the comments or in the contact form), I have posted the details below (additional info about the problem as well as user name and license number).

Here is a sample of a property page showing “fatal error”.
Page Reads: “Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_field_object() in /home3/rbretzel/public_html/wp-content/themes/realty/single-property.php on line 53”

On my plugin page, I have a plugin (not activated) titled: “Realty – Data Migration to v2.0”. I haven’t done anything with it because I’m not sure that I understand the exact process. The description says activate plugin, then activate another theme, then switch back. Is that correct? I have a child theme, it doesn’t mention what to do in this case.

Description for plugin:
Running this plugin will update your database, please make sure to backup your database before proceeding! Activate Plugin, activate another theme than Realty, then switch back to Realty. Edit a property to see if the data has been migrated properly then deactivate and delete the plugin.

I have also been afraid to update WordPress (for the same reason).

I have created a page (PDF) with more information about the problem with the Realty Theme that includes image captures/samples – details – license number…
